We have worked with Leslie Slone over the last twelve months on three different efforts for my father. The first effort involved an evaluation of my father's property he was wanting to sell last year. Leslie came in and made many high level and valued added suggestions. These suggestions were not exclusive to the interior but also to the three acres of land. The desire was to make the property as attractive as possible and obtain above market value for the house. Needless to say this effort took some time. The second effort was a bit shorter in duration. After we had made all the recommendations and improvements we were ready for the market. Day one of the property being listed we received several offers. The one we went with was higher than our list price!!!!
